Tricks or Treats!

Harvest Party at Quinn's School. Mommy worked the Soccer game. Camden got to come too!
Goal! Score! And this past Monday Camden and Quinn went to their first Soccer Shots class and Quinn did score a real goal! Camden did awesome too, which really shocked me since he did not enjoy playing on a team a year ago.
Do we have enough candy yet?
We had lunch at Chik Fil A after.
And took advantage of the beautiful day after lunch. We sure did keep busy!

Finally, the big day arrived. Daddy "helped" carve their pumpkins on Sunday. Whenever daddy gets started on an art project it is usually more daddy than kiddos.
Not quite dark yet, but they are chomping at the bit!
And off they go! First trick or treaters of the night!
Quinn likes lollipops, starburst and m&m's. We had to practice accepting what we were given and saying "thank you," instead of, "not this!" He did improve.
Camden on the other hand has not met a candy that he does not like and was proud to show his full pumpkin to anyone who had time to stop and look.
Quinn caught on to the concept very quickly and thoroughly enjoyed himself. He has come a long way from me thinking we would never get him in a costume! In fact, once we got back home he didn't want to take it off.
Oh no! Running with candy and falling, not good. See Camden, you should wait for your little brother, no good comes of it!
Brotherly love.

Here is a random fort picture. I will try to remember to bring my camera to soccer on Monday!

HA! I love that you had to train him not to say "not this." Too funny. The boys look great. Now I feel pressure to get my Halloween post written.
